Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed after the required payment is received or, in local demonstration mode, after the reservation is recorded. Package scope, date, time, location, add-ons, and price are shown for review before confirmation.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Reschedule and cancellation requests are subject to availability and the policy communicated with your confirmation. Travel, venue access, weather, and client delays may affect a session.

Deliverables and usage

Delivery timing is estimated per package. Final media and permitted usage are governed by the package selected and any written project terms.
